Lady

Lady was rescued in July 2023 from the slaughter pipeline. The vet rated her as a “2” for body score — in other words she was severely malnourished with little to no muscle tone. Her hooves had missed several trims and her teeth had not received dental care for a long time (if ever). Lady was retired with the rescue due to her advanced age and guarded prognosis regarding other health issues.
