Hanna (ADOPTED)
Hanna was rescued from a low-end auction where kill buyers were bidding on all horses. She is two years old with some basic handling. She was reunited with her little sister “Josie” after the auction as the winning bidder didn’t really want her; he didn’t want the killer to get her and offered her to the rescue.
Hanna adjusted well to her new surroundings and underwent an initial health care assessment prior to further training evaluation. She has a very friendly and playful nature. Hanna’s rescue, rehabilitation, training evaluation and adoption are in partnership with Shiloh Acres Horse Rescue. SAHR will be responsible for placing Hanna into a qualified home under their adoption contract.
Hanna has completed basic groundwork training including trailer loading; she has worn some tack and was briefly ridden at the walk and learning a few simple turns. Her under saddle training should be continued once she is older by an experienced rider/trainer.
