Nicholas

 

Nicholas (“Nick) is a former track horse who is now retired. He was rescued from a kill buyer in Colorado in December 2012, even though his history shows he raced in CA, OR and WA. Nick gets along with other horses and still loves to play. For awhile he could be ridden in an arena setting and out on the trail. By 2014, due to advancing arthritic changes any riding was no longer recommended. Nicholas was retired to live out his life with the rescue.
